The delegate road map · 15–19 September 2026
Every delegate picks one track at registration and stays on that road to the end — six stops, zero clashes. The four tracks run in two waves that never overlap, every stop is delivered twice in neighbouring halls at two levels, and the plenaries pull all four roads back together three times a day.

Four roads
Every delegate chooses one track at registration and stays on that road for the whole conference — six stops, zero clashes.
Two waves, never crossing
Tracks A and B are in the halls during Wave 1; C and D during Wave 2. Only four sessions ever run at the same moment.
Two levels per stop
Each stop runs twice at the same hour in neighbouring halls — Foundation and Advanced — so nobody is bored and nobody is lost.
The bands are merges
Every plenary pulls all four roads back together: morning, midday and at the close — every day.
Open time is not a gap
When your road is not in a hall you are in a networking zone, an exhibition, a skills clinic, or your lunch and prayer window.
The shared spine
The opening, the field day and the closing are the moments the whole conference travels together.
Every session feeds the regional policy paper and the MENA youth statement carried to the UNFCCC process.
